Holiday Inn Jakarta Kemayoran

Every hotel must have advantages and disadvantages, and the advantages of each hotel must be different, but usually a hotel that located in Jakarta definitely prioritizes strategic locations as their strengths. Like the hotel that I will discuss this time is Holiday Inn Jakarta Kemayoran which is located in Kemayoran area and also very very close to Jakarta International Expo (JIEXPO) which we know that JIExpo is very often used as a variety of local and international events, starting from the event exhibitions to concerts are often held in this place.

LOBBY

When entering the lobby area, I immediately felt the lobby was very magnificent for the  4-star hotel, especially the orange chair area which was very unique shape, coupled with the Habitat Lobby Lounge which added to the luxurious feel of the lobby area. No need to wait, I went straight to the receptionist desk to check in and get my room key.

THE ROOM (price : around Rp 2.500.000 / night for 4 pax)

Door – When I got out of the elevator and headed to the room, I felt a different thing when entering the room door, because I would try one of the rooms which I think is very special here, namely the Kemayoran Suite type (with 2 bedrooms, 120sqm). This room is so special from the first time we enter we have to go through the first door where the door is different from the other room, after entering the first door, we will see 2 more doors, the first door to the main room, and the second door to the smaller room.

Living room – I just went straight to the main door, and I was immediately greeted with a spacious and comfortable living room area complete with a small toilet area for guests, in addition there is a long table that can be used for meetings or have a dinner that fit for 10 people.

Balcony – One of the best things that I rarely find in hotels in Jakarta is a room that have balconies, the balcony area here is quite spacious and very comfortable because there is also a mini sofa to relax.

Main Bedroom – Actually the size of the Main bedroom and 2nd bedroom rooms look not much different, but indeed in Main Bedroom it has been arranged to look very luxurious. and there is also a bathroom complete with a bathtub that has a city view.

EXECUTIVE LOUNGE

For those of you who stay in the Kemayoran Suite room type, you have the opportunity to enjoy afternoon tea every afternoon at the executive lounge on the 5th floor, they provide some salty and sweet snacks that you can eat and also some alcohol & non-alcoholic drinks.

BREAKFAST

For the breakfast menu, I think it is very diverse, ranging from western, Indonesian, Chinese, Indian and Japanese food, and the thing I find most rarely when breakfast at a hotel is dimsum Ceker (chicken feed dimsum), I really like this food, and when I know that there is dimsum Ceker I’m very excited (aka adding more food) hahahahaha
